NID Dat Result 2023 :- The National Institute of Design conducted a design Aptitude test (NID Dat) prelims examination on 8th January and now applicants are waiting for the result. The NID DAT Result 2023 is expected to be released on 28th of February for MDes and for Bdes it will be released on 30th March then the next mains examination will be conducted in April and may month. National Institute of design successfully conducted the design aptitude test prelims examination on 8th January 2023 and total 15000 students appeared in the prelims examination the examination is conducted in two phases which candidate informed in notifications the first phase is called prelims examination. In design aptitude test conducted by National Institute of design total 15000 candidates appeared for prelims examinations and now they all are waiting for results which will be announced in the month of last February and march.

NID Dat Result 2023 for Prelims

The National Institute of Design is going to release the prelims results in two different days. For Mdes result will be out on 28 February and for Bdes result will be out on 30 March. The examination was conducted on 8th January and a large number of candidates appeared in the prelims examination of 2023 and now they all are expecting results but it takes 2 months for the institute to announce the NID Dat Results 2023 for Prelims which is obvious for any exam conducting body.

After this prelims examinations the qualified candidates will have to give one another very important phase of examination which is NID Dat Mains and after it the final NID Dat Result 2023 will be released and qualified candidates will be offered seats in National Institute of design.

NID Dat 2023 Expected Cut off

The National Institute of design releases a cut off for different categories at the time of counseling which is done in the month of May. Once the examinations are over the National Institute of design releases NID Dat 2023 Cut off for all categories and then based on that cut off the seats are alloted to students the seats for every category are pre decided or reserved so competition becomes very high the cut off for different NIDs are different So in Average the cut off score to qualify prelims examination is in between 20 to 35 based on institutes.

Some high ranked institutes require a high cut off for prelims. Like for National Institute of design Ahmedabad the prelims cut off last year was 31. Also the cut off varies for different branches like animation and film design has the highest cut off as it has demand in the film industry also it has high value and packages.

NID Dat 2023 Seat Allotment

Seat allotment in the National Institute of design is totally based on the score of candidates in the NID Dat Result 2023 Mains examination as the prelims examination score has nothing to do with the seat allocation it is just a qualifying examination for NID Dat Mains examination and Mains examination decides the rank and then after the examination counseling is scheduled where the cut off for different categories and institutions all over the india is released and based on the matching categories and cut off students secure their seats.

The allocation is totally transparent according to the cut off set by the authority and students get their deserving seats in different National Institute of design and after completion of course they get placed at a good place with high packages according to their performance in the course and this is how NID Dat Result 2023 will work out.
