How did Josh Hartnett Meet Tamsin Egerton

In the early 2000s, Josh Hartnett was considered one of the top prospects in Hollywood, and people assumed he would have a prosperous career. He had appeared in Halloween H2O, The Faculty and The Virgin Suicides. By starring in the movie Pearl Harbor, it seemed like his career was ready to shoot. Things didn’t go as expected, and after receiving much criticism from various quarters as a result of the war epic, his career came to an end. By 2010, he appeared regularly in films. Thanks to Penny terribly, his star would shine again, regaining his lost status as a renowned actor. Hartnett attributes his career turnaround to Tamsin Egerton, his wife. She is an actress who starred in Rosie and St. Trinian’s and Love. Despite their combined acting abilities, the couple rarely appears in the media. Their romance has been so secretive ever since the media got wind of it that fans have always wondered how the power couple met.

The couple’s paths crossed when they agreed to take part in a continent-spanning romance directed by Rolland Joffé. Hartnett acted as an officer in the 18th century and a deranged biologist in the 21st century. Egerton starred in one of his two love affairs.

The film’s shift to big screens was unsuccessful. It started when Neve Campbell retired and Egerton played her part. Shooting stopped after the Australian production company liquefied, and it finally debuted at the Cannes Film Festival in 2014. It also took on different names depending on the country. The film was also known as The Lovers, Singularity, Time Traveler or La Prophétie de l’anneau.

The film aired four years after its launch and it wasn’t worth the wait. Despite raising $7 million in costs, it only raised $66,000. The reviews were appalling, and one of the leading magazines described it as an inconclusive time-traveling drama befitting Bollywood beauties Bipasha Basu and Josh Hartnett. David Erhlich, a critic of Time Out, didn’t hold back, stating, “As one of the film’s many forgettable characters so eloquently puts it, ‘This stinks worse than an oyster fart.’

Hartnett’s most successful project is being a father

Hartnett is quite private about his life, although he shared a little bit about his life in 2021 while being interviewed by Mr Porter. He was asked to name the project he considered his proudest achievement and stated that being a father was all he needed. He went on to say, “What I am most proud of is that I am a father of three children, have a great relationship with my partner and have a great family life.” The actor also stated that he has made an effort to ensure that his family comes first. The father of three noted that many celebrities end up becoming famous, making them forget about friends and family. He said he didn’t want to lose the people closest to him because they make him who he is, which is why he puts their concerns before acting.

Different lives on social media

The couple has different opinions about social media. Hartnett is not a frequent user and has almost no interest in posting anything to the platforms, according to his 2015 USA Today statement. He promoted the crime drama Wild Horses and confessed, “I purposely didn’t want people to tell too much about my personal life because I think a lot of people give it away for free I think if you spend too much time courting people’s attention in your personal life you lose your ownership over it That’s why I make my life mine. I wasn’t a dumb kid. I was a little wary of this company. I saw pretty quickly what it could do to people.”

His long-term partner likes to post photos on her social media platforms. The actress has amassed more than 25,000 followers on Instagram. Surprisingly, there are very few selfies of her with her partner. The only photos with Hartnett in them are those photographed on the red carpet.
